How long will the order arrive?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Processing time: 1-2 business days

- Shipping time: 5-12 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Is Pumply Pump covered by insurance?

Many of our customers received full or partial reimbursement for a Pumply Pump and accessories through insurance. Each company has its policy and every plan is different. Please consult with your plan administrator.

What Breast Shield sizes are available and how will I know if they’ll fit?

Pumply comes with a 24mm Breast Shield (often called a flange), a pack of 17, 19, 21mm Breast Shields is also available to purchase, or a 27mm available here.

The size of your nipple may change over the course of your breastfeeding journey, so please keep other Breast Shields sizes in case you need them at a later date.

How does this pump work for larger breasts?

Pumply is suitable for larger breast sizes. The pump was made to fit inside a standard nursing bra, so the breast size doesn't affect how it works. If needed, you can use the included Bra Adjuster to create additional room.

Do I need a special bra to use Pumply breast pump?

Our wearable breast pump is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. The pump needs to be tightly pressed against your breast, with no gaps between it and your breast.

Each and every bra has a different level of support, so make sure to get the compression right before each session. If you are using a particularly structured and inflexible bra, the included Bra Adjuster may be used to create more room.
